Saturday morning breakfast was yummy! I made these ricotta hot cakes, they had just the right amount of natural sweetness which was easy to adjust with a dollop of olallieberry jam. My husband and daughter smothered each cake with jam while my son stayed true to his maple syrup. Because the cakes aren’t cloyingly sweet, they’re probably quite versatile with many foods (like thick slices of bacon). Definitely try the recipe and let me know what you think.
