What better way to welcome the first day of summer than enjoying fish in a jar? This sweet treat of white chocolate, blue buttercream, and chocolate cake (from my favorite recipe by Emily Luchetti) accompanied my son and his friends on a 7th birthday fishing trip. Thankfully, the glass jars all came back in one piece and with just a few crumbs… though there was no trout for dinner.
