Ideas for Easter Supper

With our Easter Supper (for 12 adults & 10 children) fast approaching, I’m on a mission to find some new recipes as well as bring out old favorites. For the past 20-odd years, I’ve collected an abundance of cookbooks and food magazines but still love perusing various websites for fresh ideas and beautiful images. Here are some that I like and you may too (especially if you need a little inspiration for a meal). Enjoy!

I am very fond of this site. You’ll find thoughtful prose and delicious recipes that just happen to be gluten-grain-sugar free. And, you’ll love the images.

I appreciate his simple recipes that are nutritious conscious without compromising taste.

Smitten Kitchen
You’ll find lovely photos of various stages of cooking as well as flavorful recipes.

Aida Mollenkamp
A recent favorite with lots of bright ideas on flavors.

Joanne Weir
All around great recipes with Mediterranean influences. I will certainly be making her Crostini with Fennel Sausage, as this is always a crowd-pleaser.

365 Cheeses
The cheese entries were last updated in 2007, but the collection of images are fantastic as are the descriptions. You’ll have to dig through older posts for more cheese, but it’s worth it.
