Herb Roast Pork Tenderloin

It’s comfort food season and pork is always on our short list. We made this pork tenderloin last weekend with some roast veggies and pasta. If you have leftovers, spread a generous amount of Roasted Garlic Onion Jam and add bread for a very tasty sandwich.
