While purchasing a bag of miniature Asian pears, the cashier told me that they are great with Gabietou cheese (oh thank you!). A heavenly blend of cow and sheep’s milk from the Western Pyrenees, Gabietou is a smooth and rich cheese that should be paired with light flavors. So glad I took the cashier’s advice, this combination is delicious and refreshing (but addictive). Go and get some today; you’ll certainly have a Happy Friday!
